Riding Field Ambulance RAMC as stretcher bearers who were both killed on 9/10/17 probably in the attack by 11th Division on Poelcapelle during 3rd Ypres and are commemorated on Tyne Cot Mem. Also, there is (or if not there used to be) a metal plaque fixed to the front of the step beneath the WW2 names with 2 names, one of whom is Walter Owen Tasker, nephew of the above Ernest, who was killed in a peacetime accident on service in Holland in 1953.<br />Robert WardRobert Wardnoreply@blogger.com
